Terms of Service

These terms govern access to GameHQ websites, applications, public hubs, scoring tools and related services. By using GameHQ, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who may use GameHQ

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use GameHQ for a team, league, tournament, school, club or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. A parent, guardian or authorized organization must manage any account or submission requiring consent for a minor.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Roles and permissions must be assigned only to people who need them. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report compromise.

Competition records and organizer responsibility

Organizers and authorized scorers control the records they submit, including rosters, schedules, results, scoresheets, awards, media and public visibility. They must have permission to submit the information and should correct material errors. GameHQ is an operational record system, not an emergency service or governing-body ruling authority. Competition officials remain responsible for official decisions unless they explicitly adopt GameHQ as their record.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse GameHQ, attempt unauthorized access, evade quotas, scrape private information, upload malware, impersonate another person, harass participants, publish unlawful or harmful content, expose sensitive information about minors, interfere with service operation, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

User content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant GameHQ the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, format and display that content to provide the service and honor the visibility settings you or your organizer select. You may not submit content you lack permission to use.

Payments and third-party services

Some organizers may use GameHQ to create invoices or payment links. Prices, refunds and participation obligations are set by the responsible organizer unless stated otherwise. Payment processors, identity providers, embedded media and linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability, changes and beta features

We work to keep GameHQ reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. Preview or beta features may be less stable and should not be the sole copy of a critical record.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, address nonpayment, or prevent harm to GameHQ. You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to lawful retention and organizer-controlled competition records.

Disclaimers and responsibility

GameHQ is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for injuries, eligibility decisions, event cancellations, organizer conduct, user-submitted inaccuracies, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish a revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions may be sent to support@gamehqhub.com.
